True to its title, the book depicts the author’s lived experiences of growing up through hardships and poverty and eventually overcoming them. It is an inspirational tale of not letting one’s circumstances define them. It is indeed a hopeful story that serves to affirm that, “hope presses us against all odds and facilitates the impossible in becoming the probable.” The book has 4 editions currently out, with the 1 st edition having been published in 2017.
